Het kasteel van de graven van Mouscron is een fort uit de vijftiende eeuw, gelegen in het hart van Mouscron, een stad in de provincie Henegouwen, Wallonië, België. Het kasteel werd voor het eerst in 1945 en vervolgens in 1973 geclassificeerd als een belangrijke site voor het cultureel erfgoed van Wallonië.
Het enige voorbeeld van monumentale architectuur vóór de negentiende eeuw nabij de Belgische stad Mouscron, en dat ook onderdak bood aan de Romeinse keizer Karel V, werd ernstig beschadigd na de religieuze razzia's die werden gepleegd tijdens drie maanden van bezetting door lutheranen en de veroveringsoorlogen van de Franse monarch Lodewijk XIV in de zeventiende eeuw.
