De eigenaar zorgt voor seizoensgebonden primeurs (eerste wild, asperges en maatjes), en hij richtte de hoeve prachtig in zoals in grootmoeders tijd. Je hebt de keuze uit verschillende Belgische bieren.
En net als in een echte hoeve vind je hier een verscheidenheid aan neerhofdieren.
TIP: Postelse abdijkazenschotel (mét postelbrood) of een “pannenkoek Blauwbaard”.
