Ook al is de zaak van recente datum (2003), traiteur Eric Bonnet droomde al lang van een eigen restaurant. Vandaag mondt de subtiele mengeling van zijn kennis en kunde uit in een keuken die in kwaliteit slechts geëvenaard wordt door de ontvangst. Doornik telt enkele goede restaurants, maar deze zaak ligt in de periferie, op het platteland van Saint-Maur, waar een zalige rust en groene weiden dienst doen als decor. Overigens een ideale plek om van het mooie terras te genieten. De inrichting is modern maar warm, de keuken authentiek en hedendaags, namelijk traditioneel met een vleugje originaliteit.
