De Sint-Andrieskerk is de parochiekerk van de Sint-Andriesparochie in de stad Antwerpen. Deze parochie valt ongeveer samen met de vierde wijk of het Sint-Andrieskwartier en was destijds bekend als de parochie van miserie. De bouw van de kerk werd begonnen door de broeders augustijnen in het begin van de 16e eeuw. Hendrik Conscience was een van de borelingen die in deze kerk werden gedoopt. Sinds 25 november 2007 werd een deel van de kerk ingericht en opengesteld als kerkmuseum.
