In de toren vindt u etsen en tekeningen van kunstenares Käthe Kollwitz. Vooral sociale thema's komen aan bod. Zij beeldhouwde ook de beeldengroep 'Het Treurend Ouderpaar' op de Duitse militaire begraafplaats van Vladslo bij Diksmuide. Voor deze beelden ligt haar zoon Peter begraven. De toren maakt deel uit van de oude brouwerijsite in het dorpscentrum.
