Het geheel in ‘U’-vorm omvat constructies van kalksteen uit de zeventiende en de achttiende eeuw en was vroeger door grachten omgeven. De ronde toren met vier verdiepingen heeft een aantal kijkgaten die vroeger dienden om de omgeving in het oog te houden. Alle grote veldslagen van de geschiedenis sloegen zware littekens en lieten diepe sporen achter in ons platteland. De hoeve van Vaudaigle werd niet gespaard.
