Het Heilig Hart-beeld is een afbeelding van Jezus Christus die uitkijkt over de deelgemeente Assent. Het beeld staat op de heuvelrug van het Prinsenbos.
Als je van Diest richting Leuven rijdt op de Staatsbaan, zie je het beeld aan je rechterkant. Als je van Leuven naar Diest rijdt op de Staatsbaan, staat het beeld uiteraard aan je linkerkant.
De inwoners van Assent plaatsten dit beeld als een soort van dankbetuiging, omdat tijdens een zwaar bombardement in de Wereld Oorlog II de bommen niet op Assent vielen maar in de omliggende velden.
