Dit kasteel, omringd door slotgrachten, werd in de 15de eeuw op moerasland gebouwd. Het kan nog steeds uitpakken met zijn vier ronde hoektorens, waarvan de slottoren ongetwijfeld de belangrijkste is. Met zijn eenvoudige interieur bevindt die zich onder een laatste, uitkragende niveau met een verdedigende functie: vier schietgaten voor kleine kanonnen en vier lage nissen die de machicoulis van diverse projectielen voorzagen. In het begin van de 17de eeuw werden de vleugels van de woning ingericht, die de courtines en de machtige zuilen langs de ingang vervingen. Het kasteel, dat in de 20ste eeuw volledig werd gerenoveerd, biedt sinds 1958 onderdak aan het jachtmuseum.
