De kliminfrastructuur op het strand in Westende is dit jaar geopend vanaf 31 maart tot en met 19 oktober 2012. De klimboulders komen op het sportstrand net naast de surfclub aan de Koning Ridderdijk, in het verlengde van de Oceaanlaan.
Er worden klimroutes voorzien in alle niveaus, voor de recreatieve tot de competitieklimmer. Ook scholen, sportdiensten, families en vrienden zijn welkom.
