De Sint-Michielskerk voert ons terug naar 1066. Na een brand in 1488 werd de kerk vanaf 1497 heropgebouwd in laatgotische stijl. Een renovatie die begon in 1610 resulteerde in een driebeukige kerk met een slanke gotische torenspits. In 1735 waaide de spitse torennaald om en werd hij vervangen door een klokvormige bekroning. De kerk bezit enkele waardevolle kunstwerken, waaronder een barokke preekstoel uit de 17de eeuw.
