De takkenwal is een omheining die gemaakt is van het snoeiafval van onze bomen en struiken. Het afval krijgt zo opnieuw een functie.
De omheining gebruiken we als muurtje om onze buitenklassen gezellig knus te maken en bovendien zijn er veel dieren die er een nestplaatsje in maken zoals de egel, muisjes en tal van insecten.
