De slingerende weg heeft een stijgingspercentage van gemiddeld 5%. Maximaal is de stijging 9,1%. In 2026 zit deze klim bij Limburgs Mooiste in de Oranje Route en de Gele Lus 150 km. De deelnemers van de Rode Lus 150 km beklimmen de Vaalserberg via Duitsland.
