Heist-Goor is een kerkdorp in de fusiegemeente en gelijknamige deelgemeente Heist-op-den-Berg, in het zuiden van de provincie Antwerpen in de Zuiderkempen. Het wordt uitsluitend zo genoemd door de overheid. De plaatselijke bevolking en de officiële topografische kaart van het NGI noemen het kortweg 'Goor' . Het bestaat uit twee gehuchten: 't Goor is het huidige dorpscentrum met de kerk, Achterheide is de historische dorpskern.
