Het nummer 13 van de Delfosse straat heeft daarentegen een gevel die volledig uit kalksteen bestaat, daterend uit de eerste helft van de 18e eeuw, vergelijkbaar met nummer 11. Op de begane grond heeft de deur een gemouleerde omlijsting, bovenaan voorzien van een rechthoekig bovenlicht. Het huis is bedekt met een zadeldak van pannen op een kroonlijst met blokken.
Geclassificeerd als monument met beschermingszone op 16 februari 1998.
