In het vroegere brandweerarsenaal (1903). In 1903 bouwde stadsarchitect Desiré Denys op de plaats van het vroegere hospitaal een brandweerarsenaal met enkele administratieve lokalen. Het is een eclectisch gebouw met vooral elementen uit de gotiek en de renaissance. Er zijn 3 toegangspoorten en op de verdiepingen bevinden zich functionele balustrades. Boven prijkt het verguld gietijzeren beeld van Sint-Michiel, 2 meter hoog en 900 kg. Sedert 1998 is hier het wielermuseum in ondergebracht. In 2018 heropende het museum na een grondige renovatie onder de naam 'KOERS. Museum van de Wielersport'.
