De Nieuwe Molen is een prachtige Limburgse vakwerkwoning geschikt voor vijfentwintig personen. Hemelsbreed ligt deze woning nog geen kilometer buiten de landsgrenzen, in het Belgische dorp Sippenaeken.
De gehele woning is nieuw gebouwd.
De oude bebouwing op deze locatie was niet meer te gebruiken en er is daarom voor gekozen om, geheel volgens eeuwenoude traditie en op een authentieke en ecologische wijze, een nieuwe vakwerkwoning te bouwen. Het resultaat mag er zijn!
