The Nieuwe Molen is a beautiful Limburg half-timbered house suitable for twenty-five people. As the crow flies, this house is located less than a kilometer outside the national borders, in the Belgian village of Sippenaeken.
The entire house has been newly constructed.
The old buildings on this site were no longer usable, and therefore it was decided to build a new half-timbered house entirely in accordance with ancient tradition and in an authentic and ecological manner. The result is impressive!
