De parochiekerk van Desselgem is een beschermde neoclassistische kerk. In 1841 werden grondige verbouwingen uitgevoerd aan de bouwvallige kerk en werd ze omgebouwd tot de kerk zoals we die vandaag kennen. De kerk beschikt over een mooie preekstoel, een communiebank uit 1850 en het Loncke-orgel. Het pronkstuk is echter het 17e eeuwse Van Belle-orgel, dat sinds 1870 in de Desselgemse kerk werd ondergebracht.
