Brasschaat staat bekend als de gemeente der parken. Een mooi voorbeeld is het park rondom kasteel Brasschaat. Het park omvat vijvers, fonteinen, aanplantingen, een rozentuin, een hertenpark, sportterreinen en bossen die zich uitstrekken tot aan het Peerdsbos.
Het huidige kasteel is aan het eind van de 19e eeuw naar Frans model gebouwd en is daarna nog twee maal vergroot. Mooi zijn ook het, naast het kasteel gelegen, wagenhuis en de hovenierswoning.
