Brasschaat er kendt som kommunen af parker. Et smukt eksempel er parken omkring Brasschaat Slot. Parken omfatter søer, springvand, beplantninger, en rosenhave, en hjortepark, sportsområder og skove, der strækker sig helt til Peerdsbos.
Det nuværende slot blev bygget i slutningen af det 19. århundrede efter fransk model og er efterfølgende blevet udvidet to gange. Smukke er også den, ved siden af slottet liggende, vognhus og gartnerbolig.
