Rode baksteenbouw met natuurstenen gevelelementen, o.m. voor hoekblokken, tussendorpels van de vensters, kettingen, geprofileerde afboording plint, afboording spiegels en plaatsnaam. Bakstenen gevel van één bouwlaag, langsgevels van vier traveeën en kopgevels van twee traveeën onder afgewolfd zadeldak. Segmentbogige, veelal gekoppelde muuropeningen. Gedeeltelijk bewaard interieur, deels glazen en deels houten loketwanden, bewaard kantoormeubel met schuiven bovenaan en deurtjes onderaan.Typisch gewitkalkte betonnen afsluiting met vertikale rechte stijlen en betonnen wachthokje.
