Cultuurcentrum dat een belangrijke rol speelt in de westrand rond Brussel. Het door het brutalisme geïnspireerde "ontmoetingscentrum" van 1968 is ontworpen door architect Alfons Hoppenbrouwers in samenwerking met Rudy Somers. Het is gelegen tussen het dorpscentrum van Dilbeek en de vallei van de Wolfsputten, meer bepaald aan de zuidoostelijke hoek van het natuurdomein de Wolfsputten. Ten westen werd het centrum uitgebreid met een nieuwe bibliotheek in 1999 en ten oosten naast de parking staat de in 2012 geopende nieuwe Academie voor Muziek, Woord en Dans naar ontwerp van architect Carlos Arroyo.
