Voormalige spinnerij zogenaamd "Filature de l'Arsenal", volgens bouwaanvraag naar ontwerp van "Sergent et Maury - Ingenieurs conseils - Architectes industrials - Lille" van 1928; in 1981 onder meer onder leiding van architect W. Sinnaeve (Ieper) ingericht tot grootwarenhuis en winkelcentrum. Behouden bakstenen schermgevel van zeventien traveeën en één bouwlaag onder zaagdak (nokrichting loodrecht op de straat, mechanische pannen). Rondbogige muuropeningen. Soortgelijke achtergevel aan de vestingen, verlevendigd met casementen. Interieur: oorspronkelijke ijzerconstructie wellicht deels bewaard achter de huidige aankleding. Verdwenen conciërgewoning, vermoedelijk gelegen ter hoogte van het huidige pompstation links van het bedrijfsgebouw.
