Voormalig 16e eeuws kasteel. Het poortgebouw dateert uit deze periode. Het hoofdgebouw is 17e eeuws. Beschermd in 1981. De naam refereert naar een 13e eeuwse bisschoppelijke villa die hier eerst stond. Het park van het lusthof (6,5 ha) werd grotendeels verkaveld in de jaren 1950. Nu rest er nog circa 3 ha. Een stuk oude gracht is nog aanwezig.
Te zien in Bisschoppenhof: motte (aarden heuvel) met slotgracht, waterminnende bomen (es, berk,...) en tuinvogels (vink, merel,...).
