Diephuis van drie traveeën en twee bouwlagen onder zadeldak (Vlaamse pannen). Gebouwd in de loop van de 14de eeuw als onderdeel van het klooster van de grauwzusters van Sint-Elisabeth, opgeheven met de Franse Revolutie. Zoals afgebeeld op de Marcus Gerardskaart (1562) groepeert het klooster een gotische kruiskerk met kruisingstoren, rechts geflankeerd door een poort naar een binnenplaats; rechts van het klooster loopt een straatje met hoekig tracé naar de Beenhouwersstraat. Op een tekening van Beerblock (circa 1796) is een barokkerk weergegeven en links twee afzonderlijke diephuizen met trapgevels. in het verlengde van de rechter ligt een grote kloostervleugel. Op de plaats van de barokkerk staat nu de poort van het Professor Dr. Sebrechtspark.
