Description

Op de hoek Paterstraat ingeplante bakstenen kapel gebouwd in 1908 door aannemer J. De Backer en heropgebouwd na de Eerste Wereldoorlog, zonder torentje. Neogotisch getint gebouwtje op rechthoekige plattegrond, met drie traveeën onder zadeldak (pannen, nok loodrecht op de straat). Voorpuntgevel met spitsboogdeur, in bovenlicht met tekst: "Langs dezen weg zet geen voet of zegt Maria Wees gegroet". Zijgevels met drie spitboogvenstertjes. Interieur met gepolychromeerd Piëtabeeld en op de achterwand geschilderde tekst: "O.L.Vrouw van zeven weeën B.V.O.".
