Fromagerie des Ardennes werd opgericht in 1996 en staat bekend om de uitstekende zuivelproducten, die worden bereid van de melk van de biologische boerderijen uit de omgeving. In de kaasmakerij wordt gewerkt met melk van koeien, geiten, schapen of een combinatie van deze drie. Het assortiment bestaat uit diverse soorten kazen en kaaswrongel, melk, room, yoghurt, rijstepap en nog veel meer. Fromagerie des Ardennes heeft al diverse prijzen in de wacht gesleept.
