De toeristische informatiedienst van de gemeente Amel bevindt zich aan het oude treinstation in Montenau, direct aan de Vennbahn-fietsroute. Naast informatie over het gebruik van de Vennbahn biedt de dienst informatie over alle toeristische attracties in de gemeente Amel zoals ook informatie over hotels, restaurants, cafés, vakantieappartementen, campings en bed & breakfasts. De aanvragen voor jeugdkampen worden daar ook verwerkt.
