Het circuit van Spa-Francorchamps wordt door veel coureurs beschouwd als het mooiste circuit ter wereld. Het is ondanks de vele vernieuwingen nog steeds een authentiek en oud racecircuit dat de natuurlijke glooiingen van het landschap volgt.
De Eau Rouge samen met de Raidillon is wellicht het meest beroemde en beruchte stukje Francorchamps. Het is een prachtige lange bocht net na de oude pitlane die de renners rechts naar boven het dennenbos inleidt. Deze bocht wordt als alles goed gaat voluit genomen.
