Oosteeklo is een landelijk dorp in de Belgische provincie Oost-Vlaanderen en een deelgemeente van Assenede.
Oosteeklo maakt deel uit van het Meetjesland. Het was een zelfstandige gemeente tot eind 1976. Het heeft een oppervlakte van 16,82 km² en telde op 1 september 2008 2692 inwoners. De kerk ligt 9 meter boven de zeespiegel.
