In de kerk van Kortenberg staat een 17de eeuwse arduinen doopvont met koperen deksel, afkomstig uit de eerste kerk op de Curtenbergh (de bergkerk van de oorspronkelijke abdij). Onder de oude beelden treffen we een laatgotische madonna aan (+/-1500) met neogotische polyvhromie. De barokvoorstelling van Christus op de koude steen stond tot 1910 tegen de buitengevel. Het laatbarokke schrijnwerk met twee biechtstoelen werd in 1788 in Mechelen gemaakt, evenals de kerkmeestersbank van het rechtertransept.
