Langs Billegem passeer je op je linkse kant de voormalige pachthoeve van het klooster van Tussenbeke, ook gekend als “Pierens Hof”. Deze pachthoeve was gelegen aan de vroegere dreef die leidde naar het verdwenen klooster en wordt nu doorgesneden door de spoorlijn Gent-Brussel. Na de opheffing van het klooster in 1783, werd de hoeve verkocht aan Frans De Naeyer, rentenier uit Gent. Later werd ze doorverkocht aan de familie Uyttendaele.
