Deze picknickplaats is een gebied van vroegere steengroeven. De tafels zijn grote uitgekapte steenblokken met houten bankjes. Er is een BBQ voorziening en 7 tafels. De plek is afgesloten met een omheinig om everzwijnen tegen te houden. Parkeren aan de rand van het bos ter hoogte van de brug over de Samson.
