Dit is een werk van de kunstenaar Eddy Walrave. Hij werd geboren in Veurne in 1952.
Zijn sculpturen zijn louter figuratief. In sommige gevallen merkt men zelfs een positieve uitstraling. De gestalten zitten, liggen, buigen, knielen of staan zelfs rechtop. Ze zijn voornamelijk uit Belgische harde graniet gekapt. De simpele figuren geven de indruk dat Walraves' mensen tot inkeer komen, mediteren.
