De molen van Combreuil bestaat uit verschillende gebouwen die het uiterlijk van een boerderij geven, waaronder onder meer een schuur en stallen.
Het waterrad is bevestigd aan het rondsel van de molen, dat is gemaakt van kalksteen. Deze molen is een van de best bewaarde molens in de provincie Henegouwen. De machines zijn nog steeds in goede staat.
