Op de brug over de Lesse, die hier via de Trou du Han uit de grotten komt, staat dit staakkapelletje.

Deze kapel is gewijd aan de heilige Barbara. Zij is één van de veertien noodhelpers. Ze wordt - zoals hier - soms voorgesteld met een zwaard. Dit verwijst naar het feit dat haar heidense vader haar onthoofd heeft nadat hij te weten was gekopen dat ze zich bekeerd had.
