De naam van het park verwijst naar de historische bloementeelt in Gent. Het park ligt tussen de Achterstraat en de Azaleastraat.
Het park heeft een groot grasveld, een speeltuin met zandbak, een basketbalveld en er staan ook bomen. In het park vindt u Open Huis Azalea, een ontmoetingsplaats voor 55-plussers.
