De steiger in Sint-Martens-Latem, in een prachtige bocht van de Leie is the place to be.
Van hieruit heb je een super mooi zicht op de Leie. Ook het zonnetje is hier de ganse dag van de partij. In de late namiddag of tegen de valavond heen is het lekker rustig.
Zeker als je een picknicklaken meeneemt is het een chille plek om te aperitieven, te zonnen of gewoon bootjes te spotten en de natuur te bekijken.Leuk meegenomen: in het weekend staat er meestal een ijsjeskar!
Hier recht tegenover ligt het natuurreservaat ‘Keuzemeersen’, dus ideaal als je zin hebt in een wandeling. Dit is een kleine lus (het pad spreekt voor zich), maar kan je combineren met een wandeling naar Afsnee en Drongen.
