Dit vakantiehuis in art-decostijl uit de 1e helft van de 20e eeuw, bekend als "Le Chenois", ligt midden in een bos op de hoogten van Faulx-les-Tombes.
Dit zandstenen gebouw heeft een overhangend rood pannendak dat verlicht wordt door schuine dakkapellen. Kenmerkend zijn het valse vakwerk en de hoekige modellering van de openingen, waarvan de meeste nog hun originele vakwerkramen hebben.
Het domein heeft een mooie natuurlijke vijver die constant gevoed wordt door 2 beekjes.
