Fietsen tussen mijnterrils, ook bekend als Fietsen over het water, is een fietsproject dat in het weekend van 15 september 2024 is opengesteld voor publiek. Het is een pontonfietspad/voetpad over de Grote Plas tussen de mijnsteenbergen (terrils) nabij het Terhills Resort. Het is weer een toevoeging aan het rijtje bijzondere fietsprojecten die voorheen al gerealiseerd zijn in Fietsparadijs Belgisch Limburg (namelijk Fietsen door het Water (domein Bokrijk), Fietsen door de Heide (ten noorden van Zutendaal), Fietsen door de Bomen (Nationaal Park Bosland)).
