Algemeen bekend als het "Klösterchen". Gebouwd in 1752 volgens de plannen van de Akense architect J.J. Couven voor de lakenfabrikant Vercken.
Opvallende kenmerken zijn de rococogevel met het wapen van de bouwer en de barokke balkondeur. Klooster van de "Zusters Franciscanessen van de Heilige Familie" gesticht in Eupen in 1857; tegenwoordig ook een bejaardentehuis.
Binnen, naast de huiskapel (19e eeuw), het graf van de stichtster van de orde Josephine Koch (1815-1899).
