Commonly known as the "Klösterchen". Built in 1752 according to plans by the Aachen architect JJ Couven for the cloth manufacturer Vercken.
Notable features are the rococo facade with the builder's coat of arms and the baroque balcony door . Convent of the "Franciscan Sisters of the Holy Family" founded in Eupen in 1857; today also a retirement home .
Inside, next to the house chapel (19th century), the tomb of the founder of the order Josephine Koch (1815-1899).
