Comunemente noto come "Klösterchen". Costruito nel 1752 secondo i progetti dell'architetto di Aquisgrana J.J. Couven per il produttore di tessuti Vercken.
Caratteristiche degne di nota sono la facciata rococò con lo stemma del costruttore e la porta del balcone barocco . Convento delle "Suore Francescane della Sacra Famiglia" fondato a Eupen nel 1857; oggi anche una casa di riposo .
All'interno, accanto alla cappella domestica (XIX secolo), si trova la tomba della fondatrice dell'ordine Josephine Koch (1815-1899).
