Ook de straatnamen verwijzen naar WO II.
Breendonklaan verwijzing naar het Fort van Breendonk: oorspronkelijk was het fort tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog het hoofdkwartier van het Belgische leger, maar al snel werd het gebruikt door de Duitse Gestapo als overgangskamp voor verzetslui en Joden.
De Fritz Vinckelaan (en zijn vrouw) Seraphine Zoetestraat, Louis Vander Schaeghestraat, Henri Vanblaerestraat, Maurice Lagravièrestraat en Frans Provoostplein (zie foto) zijn genoemd naar de verzetsstrijders die omkwamen tijdens WO II in de concentratiekampen.
