Description

Op het plein voor de abdij en het museum staat een kunstwerk ter ere van de Blanc-Moussi.

Het is een bronzen werk van Louis Van Cutsem die de komiek van het folkloregebeuren op bewonderingswaardige wijze gestalte geeft.

In het Waals betekent “Blanc-Moussî” “gekleed in het wit”. Het kostuum betovert de toeschouwer met zijn fonkelende witheid, onderbroken door een masker met een lange rode neus.
