Het Memorial Museum Passchendaele 1917 brengt de Slag om Passchendaele in 1917 in herinnering. Er vielen toen ruim een half miljoen slachtoffers. Het museum is gevestigd in het kasteelpark van Zonnebeke en werd geopend in 2004. Het richt zich op de materiële aspecten van de Eerste Wereldoorlog. Naast de informatieve museumzalen zijn er nagebouwde dug-outs, een museumtuin met gereconstrueerde loopgraven en een thematisch park. In de buurt ligt het Polygoonbos en Tyne Cot Cemetery, de grootste begraafplaats van de Commonwealth ter wereld.
