Het Pajottenland doet weinig moeite om zijn bevallige schoonheid verborgen te houden. Een glooiend landschap, een kabbelende beek en hier en daar een kasteel: je moet oogkleppen op hebben om het níet te zien. En dat alles op een steenworp van de grootstad Brussel. In Gaasbeek doet het Pajottenland deze ongerepte reputatie alle eer aan. Tijdens een wandeling in de schaduw van het beroemde kasteel wisselen moois en lekkers elkaar voortdurend af.
