De Minsk Arena is een bijzonder gebouw, zowel in complexiteit als in functionaliteit. Het bevat naast een multisport- en amusementsgedeelte met een capaciteit van 15.000 mensen ook een 400 meter ijsbaan en een velodroom waar respectievelijk 3000 en 2000 plekken zijn.
De multisport- en amusementsarena werd officieel geopend op 30 januari 2010. Toen werd de tweede Continentale Hockey League All-Star wedstrijd hier gehouden, maar daarvoor had HC Dinamo Minsk al drie wedstrijden gespeeld voor de competitie.
