De Dufourbrug was een tijdelijke militaire pontonbrug over de Rijn in Bazel, die van januari tot maart 1857 bestond.
Toen tijdens de Neuenburger Handels een gewapende aanval door de Pruisen mogelijk leek, gaf generaal Guillaume-Henri Dufour op 7 januari 1857 het bevel om bij de toenmalige Harzgraben, ongeveer 100 meter boven de huidige Wettsteinbrug, een pontonbrug te bouwen, om voldoende brugcapaciteit te hebben voor snelle troepenverschuivingen over de Rijn. Toen was de Middelbrug nog de enige Rijnovergang in Bazel.
