De spoorlijn Trogen - St. Gallen werd tussen 1903 en 2006 door de Zwitserse spoorwegonderneming Trogenerbahn bediend. Sinds 2006 maakt deze spoorlijn deel uit van de Appenzeller Bahnen .
De Trogenerbahn werd in 1903 geopend. De 10 kilometer lange meterspoorlijn loopt van Trogen in het kanton Appenzell Ausserrhoden naar St. Gallen in het kanton Sankt Gallen. De helling van 76 ‰ is de grootste op de smalspoornetten van Zwitserland.
